Update, July 26/04: Sami Kapanen has withdrawn from the team, citing fatigue. He is replaced by Niklas Hagman.
Jere Karalahti has been declared ineligible because of his suspension under the NHL/NHLPA Program for Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health. He is replaced by Janne Niinimaa.
