Stanley Cup Digest: The Iginla Show

If any hockey player ever earned $7.5 million, Jarome Iginla earned it on Monday night. Iginla scored two beautiful goals and set up the overtime winner, as Calgary pulled out a memorable win over Vancouver, shocking the Canucks and earning the Flames a date with Detroit. Fans won't soon forget this game, and the series will go down as a classic.
  • The game seven drama was somewhat muted in Boston, where the Bruins completed their collapse with a 2-0 loss to Montreal. Blowing a 3-1 series lead is the new fashionable way to lose a playoff series. Three teams did it last year; Boston is the first this spring.

  • Monday's game: Ottawa at Toronto (series tied 3-3).
