Oh dear. It seems Joe Thornton wasn't the problem in Boston after all. The discarded Bruins captain is thriving in San Jose, while his former team mates couldn't find the net - their own or anyone else's - if you gave them a compass and a road map.
And a few media types who were happy to slam the door behind Joe Thornton a couple of weeks ago are no longer feeling quite so chuffed about the future in Bruin Land.
