Peter Forsberg: Sharp-Dressed Power Forward

The European hockey life is good. Most leagues play about half as many games as the NHL, with several lengthy breaks to accomodate international schedules and restorative days at the spa. A nice change of pace for the 300-odd NHL players who are moonlighting over there.

Peter Forsberg is in Sweden, where he leads his hometown Modo team in scoring and finds plenty of time to pursue other interests. Forsberg stars in a new ad campaign for a leading retailer, along with Swedish model Caroline Forsling. Hard to tell from the photos if his still has all his own teeth, but the famous Forsberg elbows look positively elegant.
