2003-04 NHL All Stars Named

They did not get far in the playoffs, but the New Jersey Devils and Toronto Maple Leafs provide four of the 12 players named to the NHL First and Second All Star Teams for 2003-04. The All Stars were named during Thursday night's NHL Awards ceremony.

2003-2004 NHL First All-Star Team:

Goalie - Martin Brodeur, New Jersey Devils
Defense - Scott Niedermayer, New Jersey Devils; Zdeno Chara, Ottawa Senators
Center - Joe Sakic, Colorado Avalanche
Right Wing - Martin St. Louis, Tampa Bay Lightning
Left Wing - Markus Naslund, Vancouver Canucks

2003-2004 NHL Second All-Star Team:

Goalie - Roberto Luongo, Florida Panthers
Defense - Chris Pronger, St. Louis Blues; Bryan McCabe, Toronto Maple Leafs
Center - Mats Sundin, Toronto Maple Leafs
Right Wing - Jarome Iginla, Calgary Flames
Left Wing - Ilya Kovalchuk, Atlanta Thrashers
